You can learn freediving by taking a freediving class. There are many options for freediving, whether you're an experienced diver or a beginner. A freediving course could be the perfect choice. There are many freediving courses, including the PADI Advanced Freediver Course, NAUI Basic Course, SSI Basic Course, and Molchanovs Freediving Course.

PADI Advanced Freediver course

PADI Advanced Freediver is a great way for you to improve your freediving skills. This course will teach you how to perform under apnea as well as the correct breathing techniques for longer dives. Additionally, you'll learn how to rescue freedivers in an emergency and how to perform in freefall.

After you have successfully completed PADI Advanced Freediver training, you will become eligible for the Instructor program. This is the next step on the freediving career pathway. This course will help you master both a static and dynamic breath hold. No-fins diving, handling a rope and buoy, and mouthfill are some of the other skills you'll learn. You will also have the opportunity to assist an instructor during the course.

NAUI Basic Freediver course

The NAUI Basic Freediver course is for those who want to learn how to free dive and improve their free diving skills. It is a 4-hour course that incorporates classroom discussion and pool instruction. This course will cover the basics of freediving including the physics, physiology and mechanics. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. At least 12 years of age and good swimming skills are required.


Before you enroll in a more advanced course, it is important that you have at minimum a bit of experience freediving. This course will give you the basics you need to know and prepare you for advanced training. Once you've completed the course, you can go on to become a PADI Freediver. Freediving with a buddy is also possible.

SSI Basic Freediver course

The SSI Freediver training course will provide you with the basics you need for diving into the ocean. It combines classroom training and water practice. It includes two sessions in the pool and one in open water. The course will end with the SSI Basic Freediver certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver program will help you swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT (50 meters), freedive 20m, and perform a simulated Blackout. You can also swim to the surface. It will also give you the skills and knowledge you need to dive to 40 meters or deeper. SSI offers certification programs that are recognized throughout the world. This certification allows you to dive in any ocean. The SSI Basic Freediver Courses are a great way to get wet and find out if you like freediving.

molchanovs freediving course

The Molchanovs freediving program will help you go from beginner to a competitive freediver. There are four levels to choose from, including a Lap Course that will prepare you for freediving in a swimming pool. After you have completed the Lap course, you will be able move on to the Wave class, which will teach open water freediving.
