Sipadan
Scuba divers can't resist the lure of the reefs of Sipadan, a popular spot in the Philippines. This area is located within a coral triangle which makes it one of the most biodiverse marine environment in the world. Sharks, lion fish, and turtles are all common sights around this area. You'll find it easy to explore the underwater world of Sipadan. Visibility is between 15 and 40 meters.

Shark Reef Marine Reserve
Some of the most spectacular dives can be experienced in the shark-rich waters at the Shark Reef Marine Reserve. The marine reserve offers a unique experience as it is home to many species of fish and coral. There are over 5,000 varieties of seaweeds and mollusks. The incredible Heart Reef formation, which is a heart-shaped coral reef, is one of the most spectacular places to see. This impressive structure is 17 m wide and can be seen from the air.
Half Moon Caye Wall
Many types of marine life can be found at this spectacular dive spot. Recently, it was discovered that the wall is also home for sharks. They have now named it their new home. Keep an eye out for brain coral and sea fans while you are on the wall. One or two turtles might be visible. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also explore the underwater tunnels between coral outcrops.
Yongala
There are several options for diving the SS Yongala. Townsville is only 3 hours by fast boat from Townsville. Liveaboards depart every day. Advanced certified divers should be able to dive these waters, which is about 30m deep. For a little more, you might consider a daytrip to dive the SS Yongala. It takes approximately three hours and includes two tanks.
Punta Vicente Roca
Punta VicenteRoca is the only place to scuba dive. The site is 200 kilometers away from the nearest inhabited island. Divers can view many types of sea animals, including the Galapagos red-lipped batfish and the schooling black-striped salesma. Photographers may also be able to capture the rare Galapagos flightless Cormorants.

Bonaire
Bonaire's beautiful dive sites will amaze divers. There are many outstanding dive spots on the leeward side, including the 1000 Steps, named after the narrow, long stairway that leads to it. This site is loved by divers and snorkelers alike. The clear waters and abundance of schooling fish make it a favorite spot. This site is a combination of the popular Karpata dive site and offers spectacular drop-offs as well as massive coral formations.
