Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. However, he received the return address of his letter without forwarding it.
