
You can learn freediving by taking a freediving class. You can choose from a variety of courses, so whether you are an expert or amateur, a freediving class could be right for you. PADI Advanced freediver course
PADI Advanced Freediver is a great way for you to improve your freediving skills. The course will help you learn how to breathe properly for longer dives and how to perform in apnea. In this course, you will also learn how to freefall and rescue a freediver when it is necessary.

NAUI Basic Course in Freediver
For those who wish to learn free diving and improve their skills, the NAUI Basic Freediver course will be of interest. It is a 4-hour course that incorporates classroom discussion and pool instruction. The course will give you the fundamentals, as well as the physics and physiological aspects of freediving. It covers breathing techniques for deep diving and equalization. You must have swimming skills and be at least 12 years.
Before enrolling for a more advanced course in freediving, you must have at most a few years of experience. This course will help you learn the basics and prepare for advanced training. Freediving Course by Molchanovs
The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. There are four levels to choose from, including a Lap Course that will prepare you for freediving in a swimming pool. After you have completed the Lap course, you will be able move on to the Wave class, which will teach open water freediving.
