ERDI is a premier provider of educational research and development opportunities for superintendents, assistant/deputy superintendents, and CTOs. This program has promoted dialogue among school leaders and industry professionals about equity and leadership within the education system. ERDI also hosted the first ever Thought Leader Symposium where industry and school leaders explored ways to improve equity and excellence in education.

ERDI offers a variety of programs

ERDI offers a variety of programs that allow international students to continue their education in their country. ERDI courses may be taken in Finland by students at the University of Eastern Finland. The programs aim to improve the intercultural dialogue between participating countries and to tackle environmental issues on a global scale. ERDI courses have been taught by teachers from both countries. Both students and teachers can benefit from the multicultural teaching environment.


ERDI's Testifying in Court Program will provide students with insight into criminal legal processes and the court system. Students will learn more about the court system, and how to present testimony.

Underwater Crime Scene Investigations

ERDI Underwater Crime Scene Investigation Program is designed for law enforcement professionals to acquire the skills necessary to conduct underwater crime scenes investigations. The course will teach participants how to collect evidence, document the scene, and provide court-ready testimony. Law enforcement personnel and other emergency personnel are welcome to attend the course for free.

The program is taught by instructors who are experienced in the field of forensic investigation. They are certified and experienced in underwater crime scene investigation. They have extensive experience in criminal justice, law enforcement, and other related fields. They are experts in the science of crime scene investigation. They will be training law enforcement officers and public safety personnel from all parts of the world.

Confined Space Diving Ops component

ERDI enables students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for safe operation in restricted spaces. This training is compliant with OSHA, NFPA, and FEMA regulations regarding water rescue. Students will learn how to respond to a variety of emergencies in the confined spaces. Students will also learn to properly decontaminate victims, and how to search for evidence.
