The SDI Review process yields one of four outcomes. These are: Approval (denial), remand, remand, recommendation for waiver, and remand. The review can be conducted either in-house, or by an outside consulting firm. It is intended to help businesses realize cost savings. SDI works with existing portfolios in order to reduce waste and perform mission-critical functions. SDI also offers managed services programs and independent contractor compliance. In order to provide the best services to clients, the company integrates its business operations.
Results of sdi review include approval, denial and remand to obtain additional information or recommendation for waiver.
The SSA reviews the SSDI and decides whether or not to approve, deny, remand, or request additional information. It then sends a memo to the MDH Unit, indicating whether the data-related agreement is approved, deferred, or remanded. If the agreement was approved, the MDH Unit can move with execution.
The SSA will send a second notification if an application is rejected. After the date of denial, the applicant has sixty-five calendar days to request an administrative law judge (ALJ) hearing. Similar to hearings on disability issues, this hearing can be requested. This hearing can be held in person or over the telephone, or via videoconference. During the hearing, the applicant or his or her representative can bring witnesses to testify about the issues and the circumstances surrounding the denial. The ALJ may also arrange for expert testimony to support the case. If the applicant is unsuccessful, the ALJ will send a written notice to him or her detailing the reasons for their decision. It may take several months for the hearing to be completed.

A disability review could take up to seven years. It can be approved, denied or remanded for more information. The SSA may also begin a disability review if the individual has improved medically and could return to work.

Cognito Forms submitted a data-related agreement to SDI Team
A Data-Related Agreement can be a legal document that must be approved by SDI Team before being executed. These agreements must be submitted via Cognito Forms. They must also include relevant documentation and contracts. The SDI Team will have 30 days to review the Data-Related Agreement. They can also ask for additional information, such a SOC 2 Type II or security controls. They can also ask any additional questions, including questions regarding data migration.
Once a Data-Related Agreement submission has been made, the SDI Team will examine the documentation and any contracts. The Agreement is subjected to the same privacy/security policies as other forms submitted through Cognito Forms.
