TDI offers 4 levels of certification. Each level of qualification is unique and tailored to each individual's needs. Jungian psychology and typology are the main focus of the training. It also helps divers plan dives, an essential skill to have a successful diving career. This training program is widely recognized and respected around the globe.
TDI offers 4 qualifications
TDI Institute is located in Whiteland, IN and offers four qualifications: a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Driver's License, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). While each qualification requires a different amount of time, the median time for education training is three week. While tuition is approximately $5,000, most reviewers found that they could get grant funding or scholarship to offset the cost.
TDI offers credit hours for courses that have been approved by the Institute. Each semester hour is worth eight credit hours. TDI also gives credit hours to courses in ethics, real-estate, mortgage lending and ethical conduct.
It focuses on typology
Typology is the study and analysis of how different types of people behave under various circumstances. The TDI training aims to help individuals understand how their type characteristics affect their behavior in particular situations. It is important not to forget that a person's personality type can be altered.

There are many different types of personality, and some of them overlap with others. A personality inventory will tell an individual how his or her personality types function, but it has limited predictive power. This is often not related to an individual's actual life circumstances.
It focuses primarily on Jungian psychology
Jungian psychology is an archetypal type of psychology that encourages creativity. The field offers a wide range of theories, practices, and tools to address common challenges throughout history. This approach focuses TDI training on Jungian concepts, and how they can be applied to human behavior.
Jungian therapy emphasizes religion, but it is not mandatory. Carl Jung encouraged patients find meaning in their religions, but most major religions are less relevant to modern society. Jung believed that one should find their own source or meaning in a broader context. This may involve finding balance across many aspects of one's personality.
It helps divers plan their dives.
The TDI program teaches divers how they can plan their dives. It also provides the basic skills necessary for a safe dive. It covers basic skills like buoyancy and weighting, underwater navigation, and marine conservation. TDI training teaches divers the art of planning dives to ensure they don’t go overboard.
The first TDI course teaches a diver what to do and how it can be planned. Advanced diving skills are taught in the second course. This course teaches divers how to plan dives on different terrains. Divers who are more experienced can dive in challenging terrains. Others may only dive in shallower water.

It teaches divers to blend scuba gases
TDI training is a good option for advanced scuba divers. This special course teaches you how to properly handle oxygenated air and how to decompress with different gas blends. After the course, you will be able dive longer at depths and can experience more in one dive.
Divers learn to mix and analyze scuba gases through TDI training. This training includes technical diving. It also covers equipment maintenance. The course also includes home study materials. The study book is thorough and well-organized. The guide covers topics like the duties of a gas blender, and the production equipment that is used to make the mixtures. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
