Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. When Undercurrent reader Thomas Cranmer had a problem with his BC, he emailed Sherwood twice and filled out its "Contact Us" form, but was unable to get an answer. Sherwood doesn't have a physical address. He finally sent a certified mail to the Irvine, California address listed in the company's brochures. However, he was not able to forward the letter.
