Types Of Freediving Courses

If you want to learn how to freedive, you can take a freediving course. There are many options for freediving, whether you're an experienced diver or a beginner. A freediving course could be the perfect choice. There are several different types of freedive courses available, including the PADI Advanced Freediver course, NAUI basic course, SSI basic course, and Molchanovs freediving course.

PADI Advanced Freediver Course

PADI Advanced Freediver Course is a great way of improving your freediving abilities. You will learn how to perform longer dives while maintaining your apnea. Additionally, you'll learn how to rescue freedivers in an emergency and how to perform in freefall.

Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next step in your freediving career. This course will require that you can hold a static breath for at least three minutes, 30 seconds, and dynamic breath for at least 70 meters. No-fins diving, handling a rope and buoy, and mouthfill are some of the other skills you'll learn. You may also get to assist the instructor.

NAUI Basic Freediver Course

The NAUI Basic Freediver course can be used by anyone who wants to learn how freedive and improve freediving skills. It is a four-hour course that combines classroom discussion and pool time. This course will cover the basics of freediving including the physics, physiology and mechanics. It covers breathing techniques for deep diving and equalization. You must be at the least 12 year old and have good swimming skills.


Before enrolling in an advanced course, you should have some experience in freediving. This course will help you learn the basics and prepare for advanced training. After completing the course, you will be able to become a PADI freediver. Freediving with a buddy is also possible.

SSI Basic freediver course

The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. It offers a unique combination of classroom training and in-water practice sessions. There are two open water sessions and one pool session. The course will end with the SSI Basic Freediver certification.

The SSI Basic Freediver program will help you swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT (50 meters), freedive 20m, and perform a simulated Blackout. You can also swim to the surface. You will also learn the skills and knowledge required to dive to 40m or deeper. SSI has certification programs that are recognized worldwide. You'll be able diving in all oceans. The SSI Freediver Basic Courses are a good way to get your feet wet and test out whether you like freediving.

molchanovs Freediving Course

The Molchanovs freediving program will help you go from beginner to a competitive freediver. You can choose from four levels of open-water courses or a Lap course to learn how to freedive in the pool. Once you complete the Lap course, you'll be able to move on to a Wave course, which will teach you how to safely freedive in open water.

Molchanovs has developed a comprehensive freediving program with the help of some of the best freedivers in the country. It includes online training and physical training. It will teach you how to freedive in the correct way right from the start. It only employs highly qualified instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love of teaching others.
